Payette Apple Blossom Festival

Dear Vendors:
It is now time to reserve your spot for the Apple Blossom Arts in the Park. Fees are $75.00 per 10x10 space in Central Park and $125.00 per 10x10 space in Kiwanis Park. The setup date for Central Park is Wednesday May 11th and the tear down date is Saturday May 14 th at 5:00 pm. The setup date for Kiwanis Park is Thursday May 12th and the tear down date is Sunday May 15th at 5:00 pm. This year we will have live music as well as karoke in Central Park. Kiwanis Park will host the carnival. I am encouraging everyone to pre-register by April 31,2011 this will make it much easier for me to get everything done in a timely fashion and get back to you with your number and location. After April 31, 2011 pre-registration will be closed and you will need to send in the full amount instead of waiting to pay the remaining upon arrival. Those who are late sending their forms this year will be subject to a $15.00 late entrant fee if your application is not received by April 31, 2011, a $30.00 late entrant fee will be assessed for all applications not received by May 9, 2011. Please understand this is not meant to discourage anyone from participating. The reason for the late entrant fees is because it takes extra time for me to place vendors at the last minute and it’s not fair to those vendors who registered within the proper time frame. Also, for those who wish to be in Kiwanis Park your applications must be received by May 3, 2011 so I can map everything out so no one gets blocked like last year.
